Family education and home management care plans are an important part of the continued care and support your child may need at home. Miller Children’s has valuable take home informational packets that can help parents feel prepared during the transition home. Ask your nurse or someone from your child’s care team for these illness–specific support packets or visit the online health library. If you have any doubts or feel the need for outside community support, ask someone from our care team.
