Steel Magnolias

By raising funds, through a variety of events and projects, the Steel Magnolias support the Stramski Children’s Developmental Center at Miller Children’s Hospital. In the past 10 years, this all volunteer group, has raised more than a $1,000,000 in support of the Stramski Center. This money has been raised primarily at the annual Gala, where honorees are acknowledged for their contributions to the community. The Home Tour, another Steel Magnolias’ fund raiser, has become one of the groups most popular events and helps to augment the funds raised at the annual Gala.
