Communications Team

The communications team at Miller Children’s Hospital Long Beach is available to assist the media 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Members of the media wishing to contact or interview a physician, staff member or patient and family member at Miller Children’s should contact a member of the communications team during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday). After hours, on weekends and during holidays, the media should call the hospital operator at (562) 933-2000 and ask for the on-call public relations representative to be paged.

To protect the privacy and confidentiality of all Miller Children’s Hospital Long Beach patients and families, a staff member from the communications team must accompany all reporters, video crews and photographers while visiting the facility.
