The MemorialCare Center for Women’s high-risk maternal ambulance transport program at Miller Children’s Hospital Long Beach makes transferring high-risk patients easy for referring hospitals. Miller Children’s team coordinates all aspects of the transfer. One phone call to (562) 933-2711 puts the multi-disciplinary transport team into action. The MemorialCare Center for Women team secures the ambulance, arrives with the perinatal transport team and transports the patient.

Transfer form signed by MD
IV established with 18g
