Plan an Event

Each year, many generous, dedicated people host fundraisers, through their schools, businesses and community, to benefit Miller Children’s. Organizing an event is a great way to help children who rely on Miller Children’s for care. Even if this is the first time you’ve planned an event, energy and enthusiasm can lead to a successful fundraiser.

Whether your child wants to have a lemonade stand, the Cub Scouts want to give back or a business needs a philanthropic partner, Miller Children’s is excited to be your “Charity of Choice.” Every gift, whether large or small, goes along way in improving the health of the children in our community.

Charity of Choice Criteria

Events, benefiting any part of Miller Children’s Hospital, must be approved by Memorial Medical Center Foundation, in order to best represent the reputation and resources of the children’s hospital to the community. We request that a 30-day lead be given for review and recommendation.

The staff meets regularly to review requests as received and will work to notify promptly should we seen any reason to decline participation.
